The King Room was super comfortable with nice blackout shades. Air conditioning was a lifesaver during the heat. Clean bathroom and spacious feel made it a pleasant stay. It was quiet too, despite the busy roads nearby. Just a short walk to BART, which was a big plus.

i had a wonderful stay at mira vista. the king room was clean and comfortable. it's just a short walk to the bart station, making it quick to explore the city. i loved that sanjay, the manager, took great care of the resident cats and shared stories about them. a plus is the amazing restaurant right across the street!
i would strongly recommend.

missingWrote a review on Oct 13convenient locationeffective air conditioninglimited dining
The location sits just a short walk from public transportation, making it super convenient for exploring the Bay Area. The room provided solid air conditioning which was a lifesaver during a heat wave.
The furniture looked pretty worn out, and the kitchenette lacked essential utensils, which might leave you feeling under-equipped if you plan to cook. Oddly, I couldn't access a bathroom at reception when I needed it, which felt a bit off for a hotel, though I eventually got permission later. The nearby food options were limited, mostly fast food chains, so if you're looking for a nice meal, you might need to venture further.

The location is excellent, just a couple blocks from BART. Rooms are spacious and clean. Busy road made it a bit noisy at night. Not much variety for breakfast, just pastries and coffee. Would stay again for the price.

I spent two nights at Mira Vista, and honestly, it had its ups and downs. I liked the affordability and the close proximity to BART. It made getting around the area super easy. The room was clean, with a nice tile floor and a mini-fridge and microwave, which I found convenient. Daily housekeeping kept things orderly. On the downside, the toilet situation was a hassle. It took forever to flush and I had to try multiple times. The breakfast options were pretty lacking—just some packaged pastries and not much else. I was also thrown off by the lack of a coffee maker in the room. The surrounding area felt a bit sparse and I didn't find much within walking distance. A few kitchen facilities could use some updates, like the drawers without handles. But despite these flaws, I'd stay again because the price was right and the staff were friendly.

I found the room to be extremely comfortable, offering excellent air conditioning, which was crucial during the Bay Area's heat advisory. The location is superb, just a short 5-10 minute walk to public transportation, making it convenient for accessing the BART. Additionally, there is ample parking available, and having coffee readily available in the lobby was a nice touch.
The immediate area around the hotel has limited dining options.

missingWrote a review on Jul 13comfortable bedclean roomunderwhelming kitchenetteexcessive noiselimited breakfast
The king room was clean, with a comfortable bed and easy access to BART just a three-minute walk away. However, the kitchenette was underwhelming, lacking essential items like cups or cutlery, and the freeway noise was bothersome at night. A coffee bar with only pastries and no breakfast options left something to be desired as well.

Had an awesome time with my friends! We loved the short walk to nearby events like the graduation ceremony and catching the Cal Bears game. Arlington Park offered a great spot for outdoor fun. Just keep in mind, the kitchenette could use some utensils and the bathroom situation wasn’t ideal when we needed it, but overall we enjoyed our stay.
Had a weird experience on the last day when we wanted to use a bathroom at the reception, but initially, they said no. It felt strange and not what I expected.

comfortable stay but needs a little improvement
I enjoyed the cozy addition of the sofa in my room, which made relaxing easy. The staff, especially Subrat and Ishwori, provided outstanding service and created a warm atmosphere.
The landscape view was nice but could use more maintenance around the grounds.

I loved that the room was cozy and the parking was super convenient. There’s a nice pool and a lounge area to just chill out. The only thing was the breakfast could use some protein options, but it was a great place to rest my head after a long day! 😊

Target audience seeking budget comfort
The kitchenette in our room was a lifesaver, I heated up leftovers after a long day. Plus, the comfy bed was a surprising touch for a hotel in this price range! !
It wasn’t exactly a budget place, but it was still tolerable.
